Catherine J. Moyer, 73, of Pottstown

Catherine J. (McFarland) Moyer, 73, of Pottstown, widower of Dwane E. Moyer, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016 at Sanatoga Center, Pottstown. Born in Norristown, PA, she was a daughter of the late James McFarland and the late Catherine (Lare) McFarland. Catherine was a bank clerk for Harleysville National Bank for many years. She is survived by two daughters, Catherine J., wife of Michael Bloomfield, Stowe, and Cheryl A. wife of William Marsh, Melbourne, FL; two step sons, Dwane M. Moyer, Reading, and Scott B. Moyer, Reading; a brother, James McFarland, Phoenixville; three grandchildren, Stephen, Daniel and Asa, and four greatgrandchildren, Aubrey, Autumn, Lorelai, Kameron.

A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Saturday from the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, 359 King St., Pottstown. Officiating will be Reverend Barry Moyer. Burial will be

held 11:00 a.m. on Monday at Lobachsville Cemetery, Oley. There will be a viewing Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in her memory to Pottstown VFW Post #780, 530 E. High St., Pottstown, PA 19464. Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, PA.
