National Penn announces staffing change

ALLENTOWN » National Penn Bancshares Inc. has announced that Brandi A. Clement, branch manager of National Penn’s Bernville and Shartlesville branches, has been promoted to vice president. She reports to Susan Belfer, senior vice president and regional manager for National Penn’s central region.

Clement has 25 years of financial service experience and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations at the Bernville and Shartlesville branches. In addition, she will help to generate new business while leading staff members in sales, training, and customer service.

Clement, who resides in Robesonia, joined National Penn in 2004.
