Hillary Clinton said in a speech, “We are going to raise taxes on the middle class.” Can you believe they cheered her? Most of them must be on government handouts. Trump is right as he spoke in Erie to a crowd of 10,000 people, “We are going to bring jobs back to America.” I’m voting to give him a chance. Enough of Clintons, Bushes and Obama. Trump is against the establishment career politicians. Chief Wahoo
This next presidential election is about more than party affiliation. It is about your right to live freely, worship as you feel so led, speak your mind without fear of retribution and own a firearm to protect you and your family. Communism will push our freedoms and democracy over the precipice if Saul Alinsky’s best student Hillary Clinton is elected. Dr. Jimbo
To all the school taxpayers that say school teachers are overpaid and don’t even work a full year, I want to share something with you. My daughter an elementary school teacher spends many days during the summer not getting paid plus a large amount of her own money to get her classroom up and running for her students. Next time you complain about those teachers being overpaid remember my story. A Proud Mom
I’d like to comment on the Zika virus in Florida. You know the president asked for money for that way back six months ago and this Republican Congress, the House or the Senate, wouldn’t give him a bat of the eye. They shut their eyes to him ever since he’s been president. Now you see what’s going on because this Republican Congress will not answer his calls for help. Give me a break. Blame it on Obama, that’s the thing going around all the time.
We have to stop using the phrase “how stupid can you be.” Too many people are taking it as a challenge. Jim Fitch
All of the following are against Donald Trump: Obama, Hillary, the media, establishment Democrats and Republicans, China, Mexico, illegal aliens, radical Islam, racist liberals and criminals of very kind. Therefore my conclusion is that Donald Trump is the people’s choice and the best qualified candidate we have. After all we have no place to go but up. Truth Be Told
It would be nice if some would just focus on being better people instead of obsessing on making others’ lives worse. Fight When You’re Right
Too many people in society reckon the consequences of their actions as merely their circumstances.
I see all these increases in payroll that go out to the teachers and the state and any other government officials in the counties, whatever. Don’t you think that the taxpayers themselves should be voting and approving these raises, not the school board, not the state officials or anyone else? I’m just saying I just think this is crazy and how much more can we tolerate?
Donald Trump wants a special prosecutor now to investigate the emails. If you want a special prosecutor, let Donald Trump pay for the prosecutor. We’ve already spent $15 million on Benghazi and didn’t get to first base. Now they want to spend another $15 million in checking emails. He’s a loser.
Can anyone tell me why gas has gone up 20 cents a gallon in one day?
As a Republican why can’t Trump show his tax returns, not the ones currently being audited but his previous years? Also, the businesses in his family that are overseas, he never mentioned, is he going to bring them back to the United States? Just Asking
John Kerry in spite of what you may think is not a war hero. He did serve in Vietnam as I did however when he came home he threw his decorations over the fence at the White House in protest. My decorations are still with me.
Here’s one for the sports experts especially the person who refuses to call Muhammad Ali by that name and insists he’s still Cassius Clay. What was Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s name before he changed it? John From Mont Clare
Does anyone know of any organization or nursing home that could use cards that have been sent to me for their crafts? I have so many beautiful ones and hate to throw them out or I guess I could put them in our recycling container.
A statement you keep on hearing on the news is that nobody is above the law. I don’t understand where this comes from because it seems like all the politicians seem to be above the law especially when you read in the paper almost everyday that somebody in politics is getting themselves in trouble; and it seems like there are more Democrats than Republicans for some reason. I just don’t understand that part either.
