Michael T. Wynne, 74, of Spring City

Michael T. Wynne, 74, husband of Barbara J. (Coleman) Wynne, of Spring City, PA, died suddenly Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in Phoenixville Hospital. Born on December 21, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late Edward and Kathryn (Werner) Wynne. He was a 1961 graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia, PA and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from LaSalle College in 1965. Mr. Wynne worked as the owner and operator for the Blue Streak Courier Service in Valley Forge before retiring in 2005. He was a very active member of the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Spring City, PA for many years.

In addition to his wife of 52 years, Mr. Wynne is survived by Six Children, Michael E. (Dorothy) Wynne of Collegeville, PA, Thomas P. (Carole) Wynne of Gilbertsville, PA, Regina C. (James) McMenamin of Limerick, PA, Catherine E. (Aaron) Noorigian of Manasquan, NJ, Frederick S. Wynne of Wheaton, MD, James P. Wynne of Langhorne, PA; Fourteen Grandchildren, Erin, Michael, Emily, Nathan, Natalie, Jake, Abby, Brett, Hannah, Haley, Daniel, Eddie, Kylie, Lucas.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 3640 Schuylkill Road, Spring City, PA on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 11:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Charles R. O’Hara. Friends will be received from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm Monday evening at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA or on Tuesday morning, from 9:30 am - 10:45 am at the Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program or to the Sacred Heart School of Camden to sponsor a student.
