Anna Louise Townsley Anderson, 84

Anna Louise Townsley Anderson, 84, of Hortense, GA passed away Monday morning, March 6, 2017 at Jesup Health and Rehab Center, following an extended illness.

Born in Pottstown, PA, her parents were the late Ernest Townsley Sr., and Naomi Shenfield Townsley. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest Townsley Jr. and Maurice Townsley.

Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a member of Atkinson Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting, Bingo, casinos, traveling, eating out, and cooking for her family during the holidays.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Robert Anderson, of Hortense; her son and daughter-inlaw, Harry and Michelle Anderson, of North Carolina; two daughters and a son-in-law, Patricia Anderson, Cynthia and Jerry Hess, all of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren; a brother and sister-inlaw, Robert and Dolores Townsley, of Pennsylvania; and a sister, Phyllis Readman, also of Pennsylvania. Also several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, March 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Atkinson Baptist Church in Atkinson with Rev. Claude Goble officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00AM11:00AM

Burial will follow in Atkinson Baptist Church Cemetery.
