Access Services names vice president or human resources
FORT WASHINGTON » Andy Ward has been named vice president of human resources for Access Services. Ward has been working in the behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities industry since 1986.
His career has included leadership roles around developing, growing, and overseeing staffing firms owned by Northwestern Human Services, Kencrest and COMHAR. Additionally, Ward spent many years as the executive director of human resources for Melmark. He comes to Access Services with a reputation for growing business, developing teams, coaching and mentoring, and as a successful strategic human resource partner and leader.
Access Services is a non-profit agency celebrating 40 years of offering services for children, adults, and families living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges across 11 counties in eastern Pennsylvania.
