Twin Valley takes down Boyertown, 7-4

TWIN VALLEY 7, BOYERTOWN 4 » Twin Valley took control with a three-run ninth inning en route to a Berks County League victory.

The Raiders’ Colby Hiddeman went 4-for-5 with three RBI and got the save with a scoreless final inning, supporting winning pitcher Blake Greenley (3 IP, 5 hits, two runs).

Starting pitcher Mike Xanthopoulos went 3-for-4 for Boyertown and went 6.1 innings, scattering nine hits for four runs (two earned) with three strikeouts.

Tate Yergey also had three hits for the Bears.
