Alan R. Costello, 75, of Collegeville

Alan R. Costello, 75, of Collegeville, husband of Gladys W. (Morgan) Costello, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017 at his home.

Born in Johnstown, PA and formerly of Portage, he was the son of the late Charles A. and Eva M. (Fox) Costello.

Alan attended Graterford Bible Fellowship Church. He was a member and regular at the Spring Valley YMCA. Alan was also an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving with his wife of 52 years is daughter Leann Shultz, wife of Robert; son Charles Costello, husband of Kristen; grandchildren Adam Shultz, Bryan Shultz, husband of Chelsea, Alison Costello and Nicole Costello; great granddaughter Annabelle Shultz; and his extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, Aug. 29, 11:00AM at Graterford Bible Fellowship Church, 693 Church Rd., Collegeville, PA 19426. Burial will follow in Limerick Garden of Memories. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00AM to 10:45AM at the church.
