With the support of the Hilltop and Kingdom, Rick Grimes and his fellow survivors are finally ready to stand up to Negan’s ruthless forces. So it seems that things are about to get bloody brutal. There will be casualties, of course, but perhaps the Saviors’ grip on this world may finally be coming to an end. The season opener is also the series’ landmark 100th episode. 9 p.m. Sunday, AMC.
