Could somebody tell me why PennDOT in their infinite wisdom tore up Main Street in Linfield three weeks ago and still has not repaved the whole street? They did a little stretch and that was it and winter is here and it’s getting too cold soon to repave. Are we going to have this until next spring?

I would just like to make a comment about the ending of the local Thanksgiving Day high school football games. I think it’s a shame that the younger people won’t be able to take part in that tradition that many families go to watch games. It will surely be missed.

Very big guy, dark hair, dark beard with a German Shepherd, I could tell by the bark. Thank you very much sir. You would not leave until I took inventory and everything was OK. I thought I would tune into Fox News to get a few laughs. Their main topic was Bill and Hillary Clinton — Bill Clinton sex scandal, Hillary Clinton Uranium One scandal, and they were very serious. I couldn’t stop laughing.

For the person who compared Nixon and Clinton and said there should be an investigation of Clinton with all the new evidence, sorry it’s the same old evidence recycled. However there is more new evidence on the Trump administration every day. Stay tuned.

To the person blaming Donald Trump for the oil leak in the pipeline, Trump didn’t cause the leak, sloppy workers did. Trump was trying to give us oil and gas at a cheaper price to help all of us people out with our money. Blame the sloppy workers not him. If Bill Clinton had ordered a pipeline built in order to save us money for gas and oil and sloppy workers had caused the leak, would you have blamed Clinton like you are blaming Trump?

I heard there’s a good chance that the Keim Street bridge will be set to be repaired beginning in the year 2020.

The musical group that performed at halftime during the Vikings/Lions game on Thanksgiving was pathetic. They call that singing? You couldn’t understand a word he said, and trying to imitate Michael Jackson’s moves, nice try. I guess the NFL was looking for the cheapest group they could find. With all the money the NFL has they could’ve done better, a lot better.

To Martha, you said Pence stopped on his way over at the ballgame and he was on official business anyway. You better recalculate because you missed a few things here. He was already in California. He went from California to Indianapolis and back to California again. Stop watching Fox News, get your head out of the sand and know what you’re talking about — 3,600 miles out of his way — a fact.

I guess that’s it for the Thanksgiving day football games between the two rivals and I want to say Pottstown you have nothing to be ashamed of because I graduated in 1955 and we had good teams. So the way the community is right now you have nothing to feel sorry for. Congratulations anyway.
