To the person who thinks that they’re going to pay more tax earning only $10,000, I’d just like to let you know you will not pay any tax. If you make $20,000 you will not pay any tax. So get on board and back Trump.
Reading in The Mercury where $1.7 million of Valley Forge Casino money will benefit Montgomery County Parks and nonprofits beginning January 1. I thought when they first instituted gaming in Pennsylvania it was supposed to go toward helping the homeowners with their taxes and now hardly any of it’s been going there. No wonder we haven’t been getting any kind of real tax relief from gaming because they’re not even putting it towards the homeowners’ property taxes.
For anybody who drives through a wooded area and hits a deer you only have yourself to blame especially if you’re speeding. It boggles my mind that people still continually drive through wooded areas and speed. You know there are deer there. Slow down. Even if you don’t care about hitting an animal and killing it or causing it bodily harm and letting it die a miserable death think about the vehicle that you paid thousands of dollars for and have now damaged. Well we are finally starting to see the criminal consequences of lying in the Trump administration. My sister bought a brand-new LG refrigerator in October. The day before Thanksgiving it failed. Called a service man as required by LG. No action, they do not service the Pottstown area. Be very careful about your purchasing of LG appliances. You should purchase American where there’s a service person who will come out to your area.

On Thursday on my way home from volunteering, my sensor on my car for low tire pressure came on. I pulled into Emery Auto Repair in Spring City and a nice fellow came out. He proceeded to check and fill all my tires with air. He said the change in the weather can do this. I was so grateful for his help. When I asked what he wanted he told me there was no charge. Thank you for your help. It really eased my mind. God bless you. JB
Well I guess Trump will start his infrastructure now since they have the tax bill. Get ready to start building the poorhouses for the people that have to pay the higher taxes and the orphanages for the parents who won’t even be able to keep their children like they had in the 20s and 30s. To the reader who suggested that Mr. Trump’s golf playing was more acceptable because he plays with dignitaries and government representatives, etc., you forgot two things. Gen. Michael Flynn, Trump’s security advisor who during the campaign shouted “Lock her up” about Hillary Clinton, lied to the FBI and will now go to prison himself. Depending on the evidence he turns over, he could take Trump along with him as Trump cannot pardon himself or at least he will be impeached. Hey Al, I always get a kick out of your comments. I will agree with you that what Matt Lauer did was very wrong. But he’s a sexual abuser who happens to be a Democrat and you make it sound like he’s a sexual abuser because he’s a Democrat. Oh well as Peggy Bundy always says, “That’s Al folks.”
What’s wrong with this new tax bill is that the same ones who voted for it will be voted back in office once again. What a shame.
