Since we’re all hopefully in the Christmas spirit I hope you’ll consider helping one of the local no-kill animal shelters. They all need your help. We placed animals in a horrible situation. We’re supposed to be the intelligent animal but I wonder at times. They’re all stretched to the limit. We’re trying to help out as many animals as we possibly can. The Pottstown Post Office is very simple to explain. They are understaffed. They do not have enough people and they are not allowed to hire more people because it’s a depressed area and the mail volume is currently so low that those in charge cannot bring it up to normal.

Jay Miller it seems to me you’re the one that needs the tissues. Every day when I read Sound Off you’re in there crying about something that has to do with the Republican-run government.

So where is FBI investigator Mueller? Why isn’t he saying how charges could lead up to Trump’s relatives, Kushner and his own son Trump Jr.? They’re a part of this Russian thing so why are they smelling like roses and everybody else is going to be used as scapegoats? Where the truth is, that is where it needs to be focused on.

This is just an FYI for all of the readers. Another scam is going on. I just received a phone call from Louisiana saying that they were the IRS. The IRS does not make phone calls; they send letters. I informed the caller that I knew it was a scam. So beware, they are at it again.

I’d like to take this time to thank Circle K in Pottstown for finally removing the burnt car that was on their lot for over a month. Thank you.

Once again Sen. Toomey has sold us out. He helped to write the tax bill that crushes working class people and rewards millionaires. Trump wants this tax bill and Toomey will vote for anything Trump wants. I imagine he thinks he will be rewarded for his loyalty. Trump doesn’t reward loyalty. He got your votes now he doesn’t need you anymore. If you have more money than you know what to do with you will probably vote to reelect Toomey. I won’t.
