Lewis Andrew Shivak, 56, of Pottstown

Lewis Andrew Shivak, 56, husband of Lisa A. (Pufko) Shivak, of Pottstown, PA, died suddenly on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at home.

Born on October 16, 1961 in Phoenixville, PA, he was the son of the late John V. Sr. and Margaret V. (Free) Shivak.

Lewis worked as an electrician at Montgomery County Geriatric & Rehabilitation Center, and then at Park House Providence Pointe.

He was a member of the Lower Merion Gun Club, Pikeville Gun Club and a member of Sons of the Legion.

Surviving in addition to his wife are, son, Jason, and wife, Ashley Shivak; daughter Shannon Shivak; daughter Lily Shivak; two grandchildren, Chase Shivak and Emma Holt; and a brother and sisters, Sharon, wife of Clarke Ott, Prudence, wife of Bob Kershner, John Jr., husband of Kim Shivak, and Vanessa Shivak.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA, on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00 am.

Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Mont Clare, PA.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
