OK, let me educate you a little bit, it’s a darn good thing Gov. Wolf didn’t accept his salary because he darn sure didn’t earn it.

I applaud the supervisors and residents of Westtown Township, Chester County, for doing their homework and going to all the meetings, not just one or two residents. Hundreds of residents showed up every meeting. Keep the good work up. Stay on top of things. Good luck. I live in Douglass (Mont.). Our supervisors are the complete opposite. They let almost any contractor in our township to build developments. Our residents should be more like Westtown’s.

I saw in Sound Off that somebody commented about Gov. Wolf giving up his salary. I don’t know for sure, I might be wrong, but I think he does not give up his salary, he gives up his raises that they give because he has to take a salary and then he gives it to charity. I don’t think the man gives up a salary, that doesn’t seem possible, he’s not working for nothing.

This is to the person who asked Jay Miller if he actually read 500 pages about the uniforms police and firemen can’t take off their income tax. Actually there are a thousand pages believe it or not but I just did a search, just to educate you a little bit, to find this out. Jay Miller

When enforced at the state level, E-verify is an effective employment screening tool. It should be the cornerstone of any immigration reform but, is not. I would like to say that I hear Trump this, Trump that, Trump isn’t doing this or that right and I think we forgot that under President Obama we had a riot every month in our country — Baltimore, Charlottesville, St. Louis, Oakland, New York City, Milwaukee. It went on and on, every month, and I suspect that these weren’t spontaneous. So if that’s what you like, if you like chaos go vote for the Democrats because they certainly love lots of chaos. Now that #MeToo has so much attention why don’t they use their platform to try to intervene or stop human trafficking? I was in a fast food restaurant in Boyertown the other day. The two employees that work there were having lunch in the dining room with take-out from another restaurant. That didn’t look too good.

I’m calling about the cat. Who could have been so cruel to do that to a cat or any other animal? I hope they find out who did that. It made me sick to my stomach. It’s so sad to do that to an innocent little cat. I hope they find the person who did it and punish him and punish him.

I totally agree with the person who voiced their opinion on “The View.” I don’t think such bashing of the president of the United States should be allowed. It’s a disgrace. And Stephen Colbert is just as bad.

Once again Channel 6 screws the snow totals up for this area. Way to go Channel 6.

It’s not only the ladies of “The View.” What about Steven Colbert the way he is? What if Kathy Griffin would have held up what looked like Obama’s severed head? What do you think would’ve happened then?

Why is Donald Trump so upset about the book soon to be released “Fire and Fury?” Donald Trump by his own words and actions has written this book. This book is not fiction, it is not fake news. It is exactly how Mr. Trump has ascended to a place which he has no real purpose other than to benefit financially for himself, his family and his wealthy friends. KM

I am appalled how the quality of care of patients has diminished significantly in the past 20 years. Far too many reckless mistakes are being made in the medical community at every level of care. Our lives are in their hands.
