Eva Fuga, 91
Eva Fuga passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, surrounded by her loving daughters at the age of 91.
Eva was born in Tokarnia, Western Ukraine, on February 26, 1927 to Maria and John Misko. Eva and her family immigrated to the United States on July 29, 1949 and settled in Phoenixville. She was employed by Perkel Manufacturing as a sewing machine operator.
She was a lifetime member of St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Church and Apostleship of Prayer.
She was the widow of Joseph Fuga.
Eva is survived by four daughters: Irene Obzud (James), Dorothy Bialous (Edward), Lisa Dries (Robert), and Rose Saunders (Lawrence).
Also survived by 10 grandchildren: David Obzud, Karen Obzud Moore, Jack Krill, Joseph Krill, Allison Krill Brown, Daniel Dries, Brian Dries, Philip Saunders, Brynn Saunders Pearson and Lance Saunders and 9 great grandchildren. Eva loved her family, her church, and her garden.
A viewing will be held at the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 9:00 am to 10:15 am.
Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 301 Fairview Street, Phoenixville, PA at 11:00 am with Rev. Ihor Royik officiaitng.
Burial will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
