What’s with all these weather names: global warming, heat index, wind chill factor, El Niño, polar vortex, cyclone bomb, weather whiplash. I can’t take it anymore.

This is not racist or discrimination but America has got to stop being a pity party and allowing other countries’ parents to drop off their kids here. We need to stop it and start saying no more. Go to other countries to live. Live off of those people not the American people anymore. Our government and our president treat the Americans like dirt. That is sad to see.

I see where CNN said that Martin Luther King was a socialist before it was even cool to be a socialist. I never knew it

was even cool to be a socialist. I thought that was some of the problem with these socialist countries they’re all run down and broke.

Two of the definitions of hysteria include “shallow, volatile emotions” and “overdramatic or emotional attention-seeking behavior.” The classic example of personal hysteria is Joy Behar. She is “The View’s” revival of World War II spokeswoman of doom Tokyo Rose. She is a vocal reminder that we do not need, but yes hysteria is here, here to stay.

Wow, it looks like 31 Republican senators have chosen to step away from the madness that exists in the Trump administration. It would be my guess they have all seen a better future in writing books. They may not have saved their reputation but at least they won’t go down with the ship. Smart.

Worked hard all my life, have a good job, pension, and get a raise and bonus every year, own my home, never had a government handout, always stand for the national anthem and know all the words of the first verses of the national anthem and “America the Beautiful” and the “Pledge of Allegiance.” What am I? A lifelong Democrat who did not vote for Donald Trump.

Donald Trump brags about the stock market. However nearly all of the stock ownership in the U.S. is concentrated among the rich. The top 20 percent of Americans own 92 percent of the stocks. Put another way, 80 percent of Americans together own just 8 percent of all stocks as of March 1, 2017.

I am on the Do Not Call list yet I repeatedly get

calls about refinancing my credit card which I have no credit cards. And most recently I’m getting calls saying I inquired about health insurance. I never made any such calls. Does anyone know how I can stop these annoying and unwanted calls? Please help.

To Fact, I get my truth from one of the oldest books ever. It never fails, has answers for any problem in life and never changes. I hope you know the same truth. It’s awesome. And to Out Of Control, you hit the nail on the head. It’s scary to see so many people coming unglued. So full of anger but we’re the deplorables right? In Douglass (Mont.) there was an article in the Community Connection stating Douglass officials are worried about increase in traffic along

East Philadelphia Avenue. Douglass officials should start setting examples by cutting back on housing developments themselves starting with low income housing at the Zern tract. This would eliminate problems down the road. People of Jackson Road and surrounding area, show up at the next meeting. Speak your mind.

I’m getting so disgusted listening to these Democrats that are against everything the Republicans want but when they were in office they wanted the same thing but now they don’t want it anymore. This is just a political foolery is what it is. It’s about time they start running the country instead of fighting with each other all day long.

In the 90s Trump said if he ever ran for president he’d run as a Republican because the Republicans are so gullible.

To the person who wants a law to prosecute all who slander the president it should also include prosecuting the president when he slanders people which is the bigger problem. If that were the law now he would have been in jail a year ago.
