Susan J. Kalamon, 65, of Pottstown

Susan J. (Reinert) Kalamon, 65, of Pottstown, PA passed away on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 at Phoenixville Hospital. She was the wife of Bruce P. Kalamon with whom she shared 42 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on Oct. 2, 1952, Susan was a daughter of the late Harold and Mildred (Ludy) Reinert.

Susan loved frequenting yard sales and shopping for clothes and shoes. She enjoyed reading; James Patterson was one of her favorite authors. Bruce and she took pleasure in their trips to Maine and Florida. Of all her activities, Susan most enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Kelly Kocher, wife of Ernest III, Pottstown, PA; and Tracy Jo Zangrilli, wife of Nicholas, Pottstown, PA; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Kayla, and Millie Jo; two step-grandchildren, Mason and Gracie; one sister, Lori Spera, wife of Frank Jr., Spring City, PA; and one niece, Haley Spera, fiancée of Anthony Baer.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018 from 10-11 a.m. at the Houck & Gofus Funeral Home, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464. A Life Celebration will follow at 11 a.m. Inurnment will take place after the service at Highland Memorial Park.
