This is in answer to the people who were complaining about getting their U.S. mail late in the day. No one wants to be a postman. The hours are long, the weather sometimes can be hard, or it can be sweltering hot or beautiful. Please be thankful that you get your mail and please just support your mail carrier. They work very hard and no one really wants the job. They’re lacking for people.
People complaining about the mail delivery times need to get a life. There are no laws saying you have to get your mail at a specific time of day. Some people are on the beginning of the mail route, some people on the end. Everyday there’s a different amount of mail to be delivered. What the post office should do is reverse the mail delivery every now and then so that the people on the end are in the beginning. You can’t make everybody happy.

I live in the East End of Pottstown and I just want to say I guess I’m pretty lucky because I never have any problems with my mailman, my trash man or the recycling people. They’re all great.
I see the unemployment rate just came out. It is 4.1 percent, same as it’s always been the last few months. In that case where’s all these 2.4 million jobs that Trump said were started?

Now I know why I never got a response from Rep. Patrick Meehan whenever I called his office to comment on a piece of legislation. First the Republicans have so gerrymandered his district so that he was elected before most of us had a chance to vote. Second he was very busy looking for his soulmate and when he found her it cost us the taxpayers thousands of dollars. Pay back the money Patrick and resign immediately.
If you get money back from your income tax make sure you know that that’s your grandchildren’s money with the deficit being $17 trillion and the rich gave you a sop and took a bunch for themselves.
I am quite surprised that Lady Di defended Trump’s cheating on his wife especially using the defense that if they do it in Hollywood it’s OK for Trump. She has condemned Hollywood on many occasions using the Bible. Trump talked about how important family is during his speech last week and everyone stood up and applauded him except his wife. What could we say to his wife to make her feel better? I don’t think Mrs. Trump cares about Hollywood.

After reading Friday’s editorial I think it’s a little late to have a risk assessment on the pipeline especially since I see the ground being torn up and the woods been torn up along Route 10 outside of Morgantown. Many years ago I lived on Sheep Hill Road and a gas company wanted to run a gas line across my parents’ farm. They said no and we were always happy that they said no because they felt it was unsafe.
As a result of the new tax plan, over 300 companies have announced bonuses and raises for employees. Apple is paying $38 billion in taxes to the U.S. Treasury on money coming back to the U.S. from overseas. They’re also investing $300 million in new jobcreating ventures in the U.S. Fiat-Chrysler will be relocating a new truck building plant from Mexico back to the U.S. creating thousands of jobs. The tax plan is not as bad as some would have you believe.

Jay Miller, where did you get those numbers on tourism and whatever else you said? Where do you get your information, from Siberia?
Saw some pictures of Carter Page on TV. The hat speaks volumes.

To all those complaining about President Trump, which is the negative Democratic Party, the country is doing well. The economy is booming, the stock market is at an alltime high and we will see more money in our paychecks. Liberal Democrats only care about illegal immigrants because it is more votes for them. They put illegals before the citizens of the USA. Make America number one again.

On Friday I was driving to work and had the radio on and they said the stock market was down over 500. This could be the worst week in two years. Like Trump would say, how’s your 401(k) doing? I guess we’ll blame this one on Obama. We won’t be fooled again.

Now that I am a senior myself I’ve come up with a fun senior citizens game. Put your keys down, walk out of the room, now try to remember where your keys are.
