I would just like to know why are the roads in the Borough of Pottstown so horrible year after year? These roads are by far the worst. Where Is The Accountability?

This is to the caller who said that after the Eagles playoff game it showed what kind of animals live in Philadelphia. Well that animal, the guy who overturned the car, was from Malvern. So you may have to eat your words. Don’t judge. Don’t be a hater. Former Proud Philadelphian This is to the person commenting about those electrical wires at Oak and Charlotte streets. I live in the area so I went and took a look and it’s from the old telephone pole that was destroyed years ago that has wires on it. They’re not electrical wires, just a little bit of metal. This has been going on for years. So I don’t know why you called Sound Off wanting someone to report it. Why don’t you go down to the borough and you report it? That thing’s been there forever.

Dan Weand said he’s responsible for Pottstown government so why did he not ensure a financial director was on the union negotiating teams over the past couple of years to ensure less of a giveaway on the union deal? Bruce Madara

Suggestions to management about their office staff. Some will look into suggestions and others prefer not to. Do not let their double personality fool you. Sometimes we need to move people from one office building to another or they become too cozy in one location.

Oh my God people, don’t you guys have lives? Grow up. Now you want to find every little thing wrong with that Peter Rabbit movie saying it promotes bullying with allergic foods. Let’s take a look at “Home Alone,” look at all the contraptions that kid made. Why wasn’t there a big fuss about that? Look at the cartoons. You people want to find every little thing wrong to complain about. You want to complain about nonsense. No one cares.

I think the people on the right are right. They’re going to drain the swamp and the person who’s going to do it is Robert Mueller. Jay Miller

Mr. Trump would like to cut funding to government agencies, Affordable Care Act programs, social services, and add funding for opioid epidemic and border security. The government agencies cut will be Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. We have to stop Donald Trump now. Call your congressman.

In Douglas (Mont.) I’m wondering why those supervisors didn’t buy the building across from Bartman Avenue some years back when it was sitting empty. The township could have bought it real cheap and now it could cost upwards of $1 million of taxpayers’ money and also the business and house behind the bar/restaurant. That’s the only spot to bring out Market Street onto East Philadelphia Avenue. Yes another red light. Concerned Taxpayer

This is to all the Trump bashers. If you want to bash him in Sound Off why don’t you put your name at the end of your comment? He is much better and has taken much better care of this country than Obama ever did. And yes Muslims are a threat to our national security. They are the ones that bombed us, crashed the planes and killed our people. Barb, a Trump Supporter

Females are equally to blame for sexual harassment.

Lies don’t last forever and I think it’s a sad day in America when you can’t believe anything your elected officials are saying. The mountain of lies told over the past year and a half will soon come full circle. The end is near for the Trump administration. Facts Matter

This is to the one complaining about Social Security getting a $15 raise and taking away $5 from their food stamps. Myself like many other Social Security receivers got no raises in ours for several years and we worked all our lives and paid into the system until old enough to retire. We get no food stamps or free health care and we see our savings going down and are being taxed out of our homes. Be grateful. The Golden Ager

This message is for Nancy Pelosi. She had made mention about the Trump tax break being crumbs. I just want to let you know the amount of crumbs that was added to my paycheck is about $90 a week. To me that’s not crumbs. Also Mr. Robert Casey, I have voted for you for the last time.
