I was reading about the development plans for where Flagg used to be. My concern about that is some of that is cited for possible industrial use and if that is so, being along the river, what type of industrial planning would be acceptable since they’re kind of whitewashing this through without any zoning or any pre-accountability? So I’m not sure that this is such a good plan if it’s including industrial. Concerned I’m wondering are we going to hold the FBI accountable for what happened in Florida, the school shooting, since on Jan. 5 they were tipped off about this Nicholas Cruz kid and they did nothing about it? They could’ve gone to the Miami Bureau of Investigation and let them know about him but they didn’t. I guess they’re just still too busy trying to take down President Trump. Al
For those who constantly complain about how poorly various boards make poor decisions, try joining or at least personally observing for more than one day. “They are us” but step forward to do more than just criticize. Jim Tribbett
I suggest we cut some administration in these schools and use that money to place armed guards in every school. We know our schools are top heavy with administration and are soft targets. Put the school money where it belongs, in the children. Also how many kids own a game “Grand Theft Auto?” Just saying. Lady Di

The property tax bill has been shuffled around again by the Republicans in the state Legislature. So what we need to do is study political history. Research those who are entering their name in the primary elections and when you see a correlation between the two vote them out. It’s that simple Americans, vote them out of office. The person who wanted a free smoke detector from the Borough of Spring City might want to consider going to Walmart or Home Depot and purchase a smoke detector there. The small towns like Spring City don’t have the funds to buy everybody everything in life. If you want that life go back to Philadelphia.
