Lloyd Richard Keyser
Lloyd Richard Keyser, PhD, 74, husband of Carol A. (Shupe) Keyser, Annapolis, MD, died Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Annapolis, MD. He was a former resident of Fulton, MD, and Chestertown, MD.
Dr. Keyser was born on October 21, 1943, in Norristown, PA, and was the only child of the late Garret K. and Mary B. (Tyson) Keyser. He was a graduate of Schwenksville (PA) High School, Ursinus College. He earned his master’s degree and doctorate in economics from Temple University.
Before retiring, Dr. Keyser worked for over 35 years for the US Dept. of Housing & Urban Development’s Federal Housing Administration. He previously worked for the Securities Exchange Commission.
In addition to his wife, Dr. Keyser is survived by his sons, David G. Keyser and his wife Suzanne White, Washington, DC, and Daniel R. Keyser and his wife Kelley (Fitzgerald) Keyser, Catonsville, MD; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Harrison, McKinley, Wesley, and Sierra Keyser.
Amemorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 7th, at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 311 2nd St., Schwenksville, PA. Friends may call from 10:00 to 10:45 AM, Saturday, at church.
