Evelyn Mae Wunderlich of Manheim

Evelyn Mae Wunderlich, 97, of Manheim and formerly of Pottstown, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 16, 2018.

Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Harry O. and Maude Updegrove Neiman. She was the loving wife of the late Albert Mervyn Wunderlich, who died in 2009.

Evelyn was an active and faithful member of Coventry Church of the Brethren, Pottstown, PA.

In her earlier years, she worked as a bookkeeper for Beacon Container Corporation. Her interests included sewing baking and she loved to spend time with her family.

Surviving is a daughter, Sandra wife of Tom Creighton of Manheim, a son, Rev. A. Mervyn Wunderlich Jr. of Bridgewater, Virginia, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service at Coventry Church of the Brethren, 946 Keen Road, Pottstown on Monday, April 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment was private in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Pottstown.
