I have a question for the school districts. If you’re not going to teach cursive handwriting any more to any of the kids because technology says everything is printed and they’re going to change things so they can read things better, how are they ever going to sign a check or sign a contract? If you’re not teaching them how to write their name, you can’t print your name as a signature because anybody can print a name.

I also would like to thank President Trump. I now get $42 less tax taken out of my pension every month. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Beverly

What a great story to read in The Mercury about the preservation of the Colonial Theater in Phoenixville. They not only preserved it but they improved it and they added space to the existing building and made it even nicer. It’s a wonderful picture of Phoenixville. Look at Pottstown. Big hole where the movie theater used to be. What a mess.

This is to the person who says Tiger Woods didn’t make the cut in the Masters. Let me educate you a little bit. He did make the cut and he also finished and made more than $63,000. Get your facts straight before you talk. Ha, ha, ha.

Folks should be aware that Paul Ryan’s departure is just one of a wave of prominent Republican members of Congress in advance of the coming anti-Trump revolution. Let’s hope Trump gets the word and departs soon. One Who Knows

I see where the liberal media is complaining about the EPA chief what he is spending money on but they forgot to tell everybody about how Obama’s chief of the EPA was doing the same thing, even more expensive trips. If they want to correct the problem why don’t we just do away with the EPA? They’re just a bunch of job killers anyway.

These tactics Obama is trying against our president, the first real president we’ve had for a long time, if he is what I think he is, nothing is going to work. Obama is spinning his wheels.

This is to the person who said Tiger Woods didn’t make the cut at the Masters. You must not read the paper or watch television because Tiger Woods finished one over par.

This is about eggs. I didn’t buy them for Easter and I’m not going to buy them now. They’re going up too high. Now if we all get together like the hens must have gone on strike. We should go on strike like the time when everybody went on strike for sugar. It went down quick. This is what we have to do for the eggs. We have to go on strike. Just don’t buy eggs at $3.

Does anybody know why all of these jets are flying over Stowe and Pottstown with these white-stream clouds behind them that seem to stay in the air forever? On Thursday there were 14 of them in the morning and they were doing it all day long. On Easter there was a whole bunch of these things too in the sky with all these jets flying back and forth with the straight trails behind them. I was wondering if anybody can shed a little light on what this is that’s going on?

Here’s another scoop for Evan Brandt. Did you know that two of the crossing guards at the middle school quit last month because people were getting out of their cars and threatening them over those cones? It’s a shame when this town can’t support those dedicated members of our community. A Birds-Eye View

Just calling about that Cosby trial in Norristown. It is such a farce. These women I mean really they are sobbing and crying of things that happened in 1983 and they remember every detail but didn’t report it till 2017? Give me a break. It’s ridiculous. Get over it and let the guy just have the rest of his life in peace. Anonymous

I guess the law that was against extra-loud TV commercials was rescinded by the Republican Congress. It most certainly seems that way when I’m watching TV. Night Light

To all the Trump bashers, whoever is paying you off and whoever is giving you your kicks, you really are hurting all of the U.S. because by bashing him and not letting him do his job you are stopping him from doing what he can do. We are going to be the ones that are going to be hurting because you are not letting him succeed. So wake up.

For the person who wants to put the voting age back to 21, you sound like a Republican worried about these 18-year-olds voting your party out of office.
