Silvia’s Gymnastics Level 9 and Level 10 gymnasts competed in the Region 7 Championship meet, hosted by Sportsplex Gymnastics, in Landover, Maryland on April 13 – 15, 2018.
Level 9 individual results:
SENIOR 2 » Kailey Ferri placed third on vault and fourth on floor. SENIOR 4 » Abby Chesshire placed fourth on floor. SENIOR 6 » Sophie Rocereta placed fifth on floor.
Level 10 individual results:
JUNIOR C » Olivia Vanhorn tied for second on vault. SENIOR A » Kendall Whitman placed second on floor, tied for fourth on vault, and placed sixth AA. SENIOR E » Hailey Lui is the Regional Champion on beam, she placed sixth on bars and tied for sixth AA.
Kendall Whitman and Hailey Lui qualified for the USAG JO National Meet to be held in Cincinnati, OH on May 12-13, 2018.
*** Silvia’s Gymnastics Levels 3-4 and Xcel gymnasts competed in the Handsprings for Hope Invitational, hosted by the Wilson School of Gymnastics, in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on April 14 – 15, 2018.

CHILD A » Josephine Bosack placed first on floor, bars, and AA, second on beam, and fifth on vault; Bailey Mackanich placed second on floor and AA, third on beam and vault, and fourth on bars. JUNIOR C » Devon Conn placed third AA, fourth on vault, tied for fifth on beam, and placed sixth on bars; Elliott Harris placed third on vault. JUNIOR D » Samantha Pedrick placed second on bars and AA, tied for third on floor, and tied for fourth on beam; Zoey Zimmer tied for fourth on vault, tied for sixth on beam, and placed sixth AA. SENIOR A » Emma Ranaglia placed fourth on beam and floor; Madison Wilson placed sixth on floor. SENIOR B » Belle Bentman placed fourth on bars. Berks East Gymnastics
Berks East Gymnastics competed in the 2018 Region 7 Level 9 Championship Meet held at the Prince Georges Sportsplex in Hyattsville, MD, this past weekend April 14th and 15th. Level 9 Regionals is the next level of competition for the Level 9 gymnasts who qualified through their state championships to compete against gymnasts from the region.
