Pertaining to the light at Berks Street, whoever that was they apparently don’t know how to make a left turn if they had to wait three or four lights. It’s like the people you see all the time who don’t know how to move up into the center so people can get around them and then they can make their left turn at the end of the light.

Rest in peace Bruno Sammartino. Thanks for all the great memories you’ve given us through the years.

This woman I heard about on the radio and other news is a professor at some college and she is mean-mouthing Mrs. Bush and the family saying “I’m glad she’s dead, good the wicked witch is dead” and she goes on with horrible stuff. Everybody should tweet and put it on Facebook that she needs to be fired. She is not fit to be teaching at any of our colleges. That is anti-American. Mrs. Bush was one of our most respected first ladies and her husband is still a respected man.

Those cones at the middle school are an outright menace and it’s only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. Now they’ve got cones at East and Evans streets which means parents drop their kids off in the middle of the intersection. How is this better than safely dropping them off at the school? I’ve shouted at the crossing guards on numerous occasions but they just stare at me as if I’m the idiot. Unbelievable.

Pottstown has to budget their money better. Us taxpayers can’t afford any more. Cut down on the number of people that they hire. What about the hospital and the Hill School? They are tax exempt. Aren’t they supposed to be helping the town? Do they? AA

According to USA Today, I see Wisconsin lost 500 dairy farms in 2017 and about 150 have quit milking cows. I thought Donald was going to take care of those people out there. With this trade embargo he’s killing them. Keep up the good work Donald. Jay Miller

I get a laugh in these commercials where the Republicans try to portray the Democrats as playing dirty tricks when it comes to the elections and things that are said on commercials and so forth. There’s nobody who can play dirtier than the Republicans. I’m an independent. I could care either way which party but I’ve seen the Republicans play some of the dirtiest tricks not only in the government but even in your local life. They can play the game just as well as anybody else.

I think we all have had enough of this Stormy Daniels issue. The woman was married and had unprotected sex with a man she knew was married. Her reason for not reporting a man threatening her in the parking lot was that she didn’t want her husband to find out. I doubt that would have surprised him. Now the whole world knows. Does she like that? Talk about a deplorable person. I think she should just stop showing herself on the television.

Well charges were brought against Michael Jackson’s doctor for giving him those lethal drugs and yet the ones who gave Prince those lethal drugs no charges are going to be filed against them. So why doesn’t the law let Michael Jackson’s doctor walk free from jail and drop the charges? What’s fair is fair. Stop the favoritism.

This is anonymous who keeps defending Cosby about leaving him alone. Sorry person who keeps attacking Cosby, but I was raped. It is no fun but it’s no worse than a lot of females do to the man. Those women got what they wanted. They wanted notoriety, they wanted this and that and they thought because he was an actor they were going to get it. And now they feel that it’s right to use him and lie because they didn’t get it? You grow up too.

As I stated once before, call Pottstown Public Works for pothole issues. Then they can generate a work order for repairs. Calling Sound Off won’t get the job done.

Why is it that when someone calls in with the facts or the truth, they’re always accused of watching Fox News?

It appears as though the list of the world’s shortest books has had some recent additions, namely, “Things We Know To Be True” by Al Gore and John Kerry, “My Complete Knowledge Of Military Strategy” by Nancy Pelosi and the shortest one of them all, “Things I Did To Deserve The Nobel Peace Prize” by Barack Obama. Jim Dandy Sound Off is a forum to spur dialogue from residents of the communities we serve on topics of interest in those communities.
