THE INFINITY STONES

Predating the creation of the universe, the Infinity Stones are ancient cosmic relics that contain powers of infinite destruction. Each of the six has unique capabilites and represents a different aspect of the universe. Only highly powerful beings can wield the stones – mortals are destroyed upon touching them. THE SOUL STONE Current holder:

Unknown, probably Wakanda

Power: Allows the user to take and control living and dead souls. Unleashed at full power, it lets the user control all life in the universe.

THE REALITY STONE Current holder:

The Collector

Power: Appears as a red liquid called the Aether. It gives the user the ability to warp reality and do things normally impossible. Seen in: “Thor: The Dark World”

THE INFINITY GAUNTLET

Thanos has the Infinity Gauntlet, designed to hold all six Infinity Stones. When fully assembled, the gauntlet can unleash the collective power of the stones, giving the wearer godlike abilities.

THE SPACE STONE

Current holder: Loki Power: Contained inside the Tessaract, it can teleport anything from one point in the universe to another. Seen in: “Thor,” “Captain America: The First Avenger,” “The Avengers,” “Thor: Ragnarok”

THE POWER STONE Current holder:

The Nova Corps

Power: Contained inside the Orb, it increases the user’s physical strength and allows energy manipulation. It can destroy an entire planet when fully unleashed.

THE MIND STONE

Current holder: Vision Power: Originally in Loki’s scepter before it was used to give life to Vision, it has powerful mental abilities. It increases the user’s intelligence and gives the ability to subjugate the minds of others.

THE TIME STONE

Current holder: Doctor Strange Power: Contained inside the Eye of Agamotto, it allows control of time. Seen in: “Doctor Strange”
