Jean D. Leader, 72, of Pottstown

Jean D.(White) Leader, 72, of Pottstown, wife of Dale K. Leader, passed away on Saturday at the Peter Becker Community, Harleysville.

Born in Reading, PA, she was a daughter of the late Chester White and the late Mary White.

Jean was a high net worth enrollment coordinator for Vanguard for twenty five years. She was a loyal, dedicated hard worker.

In her free time, she loved to travel with her husband, spending time with her family, and loved playing with her grandsons, Luke & Jason.

She was a member of North End Fire Company.

Surviving beside her husband is a son, Dale K. Leader, Jr. and his wife Lisa, Pottstown; a daughter, Karen M. wife of Mike Indenbom, Downingtown; and three grandsons, Michael K. Leader, Luke R. & Jason M. Indenbom. She is also survived by many friends.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. on Thursday June 28, 2018 at the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, 359 King St., Pottstown. Officiating will be Rev. Faith Williams. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
