No, bicycle lanes do not make sense in Montgomery County. Will they have their own rules? What if a car driver goes two or three inches into a bicycle lane? Will the driver be fined? There are already trails that allow bicycles all over the county. We do not need new lanes to snarl traffic. What happens when it rains and snows and there is ice, who maintains the bicycle lanes? There is no logic to this. Whoever thought of it wasn’t thinking.

For the person who forgot, it was not only the census that they mention but also Mary and Joseph had to leave when Herod wanted all firstborn killed. In Matthew 2 an angel appeared to Joseph and told him to flee to Egypt. The Magi spilled the beans when they asked Herod where they could find the King of the Jews, but Jesus did flee a tyrant like many of the babies who come to our boarders. Agnostic

Seems sort of odd in this whole immigration debate, one side Jeff Sessions is quoting the Bible that we should obey the law which we should, and the other side is quoting the Bible about what Jesus said about the little children. It’s interesting how both can use the Bible but yet when it really comes down to it maybe both should actually obey what the intent is and the proper values that it extols rather than just merely quoting verses and chapters which suit their agenda.
For all the Sound Off people, if you have any compassion whatsoever you would do whatever you could for these children, make a phone call or whatever. These children could be damaged for life. If you ever listened to any pediatricians or read any books, it’s unbelievable the damage that could be done to these children. For what? A misdemeanor. Have a little compassion, do something. To the person who was wondering where Riverfront Park is, if you go down Hanover Street from High Street you turn right onto College Drive. Riverfront Park is on the left side where the old PECO building is, there’s a parking lot. You can’t miss it. It is in Pottstown.
Is it me or is it the township supervisors? It’s amazing how fast they let developers in with town houses, multiple housing units, and they seem to forget our water is in short supply, our roads are not big enough for the added traffic and our schools, needless to say, there’s more than two children for each household. Somebody’s got to let me know is there something wrong with the township supervisors and do we need to vote them out?
To Al and the no-heart conservatives, yes it does cost a lot to care for these immigrant kids and it costs even more when Trump separates them from their parents and they have to be transported to separate shelters. Think about that one.
We cannot believe a wellknown establishment in the area allows the parents to sit all day drinking at the bar while their children are in there with them and then they see them get up to leave to go home.

A couple weeks ago I saw a Sound Off about this spam. Now it’s getting countrywide where I get at least six spam phone calls from six different places. So I just wanted to let you know it’s the same place and they’re just using different phone numbers.
For the Old Lady on Cow Lane, it’s really quite simple. One is legal, one is illegal. Plain and simple.
I think the bike lanes in Pottstown look wonderful. I can’t believe how perfect they look. But I haven’t seen anybody use them yet.
