Dealership wins 2017 Wolfsburg Crest Club Award
DOWNINGTOWN » Jeff D’Ambrosio Volkswagen was recently awarded the 2017 Wolfsburg Crest Club Award for outstanding sales and service. This dealership has won the award four consecutive years.
Membership in the Wolfsburg Crest Club requires a Volkswagen dealer to meet benchmarks in operating standards, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales, parts purchases, pre- and post-sale customer satisfaction indexes, financial statement submission and Volkswagen Academy employee certification.
In receiving the award, Jeff D’Ambrosio Volkswagen has met the award’s standards for customer satisfaction, parts sales, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales and service excellence.
The dealership currently ranks among the top Volkswagen dealerships in the U.S., according to a press release.
