Mary E. Simmons of Pottstown

Mary E. (Yocom) Simmons, 93, of Pottstown, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, at Pottstown Hospital.

Born in Stowe, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Fannie (Levengood) Yocom.

Mary was a member of St. Pauls UCC Church in Stowe and the North Coventry Grange. She worked as a seamstress at Sunset Manufacturing for many years and retired from Osan Manufacturing.

Surviving is son Michael Simmons, husband of Brenda; daughter Loreen Mutter; grandchildren Kyle Simmons, Donald Reynolds, Kari Reynolds, Justin Eddinger, and Sierra Mutter; niece Sylvia Fresconi; and brother in law Adam Wambach. She is predeceased by her sister Virginia Ruth Wambach.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 16, 10:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown.
