Today's homebuyers are increasingly looking for first-floor master suites most commonly found in ranch and Cape Cod-style homes. On Aug. 4 and 5, Rotelle Development Company will showcase this layout at four model homes on view at The Reserve at Bally Springs Model Home Open House in Barto, Pa.

A home expert from Rotelle Development Company will be on hand each day from noon to 5 p.m. for the event that will include refreshments, tours of the four model home styles and the opportunity for buyers to take advantage of a variety of limited time Open House builder incentives.

Just minutes from Route 100 in the award-winning Boyertown Area School District, each Bally Springs home will be situated on picturesque one-half- to three-acre building lots with breathtaking mountain views and tree lines and a grand on-site recreational area complete with a large playground, basketball and tennis courts.

“The Reserve at Bally Springs is the Boyertown Schools' most affordable single-family home community,” said company president Peter Rotelle. “We have the custom home styles, layouts and affordability that can't be matched in this area, and we can put buyers in their new home five to six months from the time a contract is signed.”

Featured in the Open House tour will be the 1,600-square-foot Middlebury ranch-style home with three bedrooms, two baths, an open great room/ kitchen/dining room floor plan, a large basement and two-car garage. According to Cyndi Yaeckel, Bally Springs' home expert, this layout, priced at just under $300,000, is very hard to find and highly desirable.

The Alta ranch-style model home, priced at $340,000, is slightly larger at 1,900 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 2½ baths, an open layout with a separate dining room that can also serve as a private study, a full basement with 500 square feet of finished space and a two-car garage.

The final first-floor master suite ranch-style home, the Scottsdale, sells for $375,000 and includes all the features of the Alta model but with 2,300 square feet of spacious living.

For homebuyers looking for a Cape Cod-style, Rotelle offers the Augusta, a 2,600 square-foot first-floor master suite layout selling for $390,000 and featuring three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a two-story foyer and family room, a separate dining room, large kitchen and mud room, the full basement with 500 square feet of finished space and a twocar garage.

Interested home buyers can meet at the Model Home Sales Office at the intersection of County Line Road and Avalon Circle. Please call Yaeckel for more information or to set up a personal appointment at 215-272-4122.
