We attended the concert in Sanatoga Park the other evening and a funny thing happened. The Pottsgrove Concert Band began the concert with our national anthem. Everyone stood, put his hand over his heart, removed their caps and no one took a knee. This is what our country is all about.

An outstanding family in Knauertown had “Elect Trump in 2020” signs. I wondered how long before some liberal would vandalize them. Well it appears like it happened. It seems like most of the political vandalism is committed by liberals. Why? Because they have no conservative values of respecting people’s property and opinions. I hope this family, long time business owners and a pillar of the community, do not give up. For The People

I don’t know why you people are complaining about the bicycle lanes not being used. Last week I saw a car in the bicycle lane, the other day I saw a young lady pushing a baby in a carriage in the bicycle lane and then another day after that, guess what? I saw a bicycle in the bicycle lane. Bob Not From Mont Clare

We need to ask ourselves why the mainstream media, the ones that do not like to tell the truth anyway, do not report this stuff like what’s happening in Chicago and a lot of other places? Something is going on and I’m not talking about our hometown media. I’m talking about the mainstream media.

The New York Times hires and defends a person with some of the most racist vile tweets. In Chicago, 60-some people shot over one weekend. You have the liberal leaders telling people to approach and gang up on anyone who works or supports our administration yet Trump gets all the blame. How people don’t see what’s going on is truly alarming. Lady Di

Donald Trump’s story has changed so many times and so many of the statements are so easily proven to be lies, how could anyone believe a word that he says? Yet some people still do and that baffles me. Steve Nissle

My daughter told me her family was going on a trip to Washington, D.C., to see the sites and visit the Smithsonian and Air and Space Museum. I told her to skip the Air and Space Museum, it was just a big empty building.

Throughout the entire campaign Donald Trump said the election is rigged, it’s a rigged system. Now we all know Trump wouldn’t lie to us because he always tells the truth. So what happened? He won a rigged election. Now he gets upset when people say his win was tainted. Duh.

Help, I sit in my house and I wonder where I went wrong. Welfare all around us, no one mows their lawn, cars obstructing every corner, no one works. Our house that we worked for our whole married life is worth nothing and then of course, just what we needed, the new bike lanes. As my dad would say “This town has gone to hell in a hand basket.”

Who is paying for all the campaign rallies Trump is attending? He has not stopped campaigning since he took office. Didn’t he complain about Obama campaigning when he was president? What do you think Lady Di, doesn’t that make Trump a hypocrite?

I just recently started collecting unemployment for the first time in 30 years. They told me 10 percent will be taken out for taxes and 2.4 percent to replenish the unemployment fund. Unemployment rate is at 3.9 percent nationwide, the lowest in 10 years. When unemployment was at its highest years ago they didn’t take anything to replenish the fund. Maybe that’s part of Trump’s plan to make America great again.

To the unnamed caller, never do I believe the lame stream news. Fox is owned by Rupert Murdoch who is on the committee of 300 which is New World Order. No friend of Trump’s there. I do watch Tucker Carlson on Fox and Fox Business Lou Dobbs. I even watch CNN Don Lemon and MSNBC Rachel Maddow who I can only take 20 minutes of. I can see right through Fox, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS propaganda. Can you? Captain America

To the person who called in about the turn signals and saying that there’s too much politics in Sound Off, I completely agree there is too much politics in Sound Off. Now as far as people not using their turn signals, it’s all Trump’s fault.

I have a nickname for my girlfriend. I call her Chernobyl because she’s always having a meltdown.

I remember once crying as my dog was being put down and he looked up at me and licked the tears from my face. You can’t beat the unconditional love of a dog.
