David A. Dise of Schwenksville
David A. Dise, 70, husband of Carolyn E. (Miller) Dise, of Schwenksville, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018, at Phoenixville Hospital.
Born in Schwenksville, he was the son of Edward Dise Sr. of Schwenksville and the late Ann (Miller) Dise. David was a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School. He was a carpenter for 40-plus years in home construction first starting with his father upon graduating high school. He was an avid NASCAR fan who enjoyed attending races. Many would see him at the main gate at Grandview Speedway working in the ticket area. He belonged to a CB radio club and was a regular on channels 36, 13, and 5. David’s CB handle was 44.
Surviving in addition to his wife and father are two stepdaughters, Tammy, wife of Paul Donnelly and Darla, wife of Mark Stout; four step-grandchildren; four brothers, Edward Jr., Daniel, Darrell and Sidney; one sister, Harriet Lovett and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday evening, September 5, 2018, 7:00PM to 8:30PM at Morrell Funeral Home, Inc. 124 W. Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown, PA. There will be no viewing. A graveside memorial service will be private at the convenience of the family.
