Fire breaks out at Bakery Feeds
Firefighters battled several fires on Sunday
A fire broke out early Sunday morning at the Bakery Feeds in Honey Brook Township.
Honey Brook Fire Company and mutual aid from Chester and Lancaster counties responded at about 1:40 a.m. Sunday to the two-alarm fire at 97 Westbrook Drive.
The caller reported seeing fire on the outside of the commercial building and firefighters saw smoke showing upon their arrival. Initial reports indicated that the fire was in the rear of the building. The extent of damage was not immediately available. No injuries were reported.
A second alarm was called for about 30 minutes into the incident for additional manpower. The fire was brought under control at about 3:20

Attempts to reach the corporate office of Bakery Feeds were unsuccessful on Monday.
Firefighters had a busy day on Sunday responding to working fires. The causes of the following fires, according to the Department of Emergency Services, are under investigation by the Chester County Fire Marshal:
Malvern and Goshen Fire Companies responded to a house fire in the unit block of Laurel Circle in Willistown Township at about 1 p.m. on Sunday. Later that day at 6:48 p.m., Kimberton Fire Company responded to a basement fire at an East Pikeland Township home in the 1500 block of Cumberland Court. At about 10:50 p.m. Sunday, Westwood and Thorndale Fire Companies responded to a basement fire at a Valley Township home in the 100 block of Beacon Street.
Additionally, a fire broke out at Amore Pizza in West Chester Borough at about 2:50 a.m. Monday. The West Chester Fire Department responded to the incident and found fire in the wall.
