Representatives Quigley and Hennessey and Sen. Mensch may have brought money into the Pottstown School District but they did nothing for the rest of us with property taxes and other school districts.

I don’t doubt Ms. Ford was assaulted as she claims. She had a reputation for being a beer drinking party girl before she was old enough to drive but there is not the remotest possibility that Brett Kavanaugh was the perp. His reputation then and as is now is a responsible thoughtful and considerate gentleman. So his reputation will survive this outrageous witch hunt. The same cannot be said for Sen. Feinstein who launched it.

It’s really something that you have these senators that now have the fate of Judge Kavanaugh in their hands example Dianne Feinstein who brought this thing on. She vehemently defended President Clinton 20 years ago when all those women came out. She called those women liars. She said they were not credible. Now look what she’s doing to the current Supreme Court nomination. It never seems to amaze me and there’s more too.

This is to the person with the groundhog problem. To the best of my knowledge they don’t like smoke bombs, stink bombs, mothballs. Any rodent does not like mothballs or crystals. If you’re trying to get rid of a ground hog you have to know both exits because they have one hole in and one hole out, always two holes. Make sure you cover both holes with something that they don’t like, mostly mothballs and stink bombs. They will not go back in.

It’s seems Americans want to go back to the bad old days of no growth, high unemployment according to the polls which show Democrats leading. So much for voting with your pocketbook. There goes your tax cuts and new jobs that you got used to because that doesn’t fly with Democrats’ high taxes and regulations. How often must we do this until we learn?

Why do people think that the Hill School should volunteer to do everything around this town? What’s the matter with the people that live here? And while they’re at it they might as well go out with their weed wackers and lawn mowers and mow those curbs too because the borough is sure not doing anything about it.

I see they got the grant money to replace the $970,000 that the Pottstown Hospital would have given them in taxes. But they said because they couldn’t do it quickly enough we still got hit with that 3.5 percent tax increase. My question is why? They got the million dollar grant, roll back the 3.5 percent tax increase. Where is this money going?

Anybody see the similarities when Hillary Clinton was bombarding all those women that seemed to be attacking her husband when he was the attacker? Seems to me the same dirty politics is being played all over again and Dianne Feinstein is now the culprit in the middle. She held onto it and waited to put a stop to this thing. It’s not political. It is just a big Democrat lie again.

The #MeToo movement Kavanaugh ambush I watch as the Dems last ditch effort to derail the confirmation of Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court. Putting aside the suspicious timing of the claim how is Kavanaugh to defend against a charge that lacks any specifics whatsoever? Sign me up for the #WhatGoesAround movement which I hope catches up with the women who carelessly use their gender to destroy the reputation of other human beings.

Now if the Braves win the National League and they celebrate in the room with champagne, they have a player that’s only 20-years-old. What’s he going to drink soda pop? Now if it was Brett Kavanaugh he would just down it, it wouldn’t matter what his age is 17, no matter what. And you tell me he’s going to be a Supreme Court Justice pretty soon? Tell me if that’s not sick.

Did you notice in a recent Mercury article President Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort was known for his elaborate expenses such as a $21,000 watch, a $15,000 jacket made of ostrich leather, the Hampton estate with 10 bedrooms, six bathrooms valued at more than $7 million, a brownstone worth more than $4 million etc. and he may lose it all if found guilty?
