John E. Dzuryachko

John E. Dzuryachko, 79, husband of Sandra X. (Costira) Dzuryachko, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.

Born on January 5, 1939 in Mont Clare, PA, he was the son of the late John J. and Catherine (Guman) Dzuryachko.

He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years.

He worked for Philadelphia Suburban Water Company, now Aqua, for 44 years.

John was an active member of St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church in Mont Clare where he faithfully took care of the church grounds, buildings, and cemetery. He was also a member of Knights of Columbus, St. Nicholas of Myra Council.

Surviving in addition to his wife are: Daughter, Jacqueline wife of Anthony Sierzega; Son, John Dzuryachko and Ute Scott. 3 Grandchildren: Anthony, Alison, and Daniel. In laws: Joseph husband of Michelle Costira, Rose wife of Charles Lerch, and Edward Murphy. Aunts, Anna Lonchar and Mary Pupeck; Uncle, John Budnick, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.

He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Kathleen Murphy and Irene and her husband Tex Thornton.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Divine Liturgy in St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church, Amelia and Landis Streets, Mont Clare, PA on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 10:00 am with Rev. Andriy Kovach officiating.

Burial will follow in St. Michael Cemetery.

A Viewing will be held at Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Sunday evening from 5:00 to 6:30 pm and Monday from 8:15 to 9:15 am. A Parastas Service will be on Sunday at 6:30 pm.
