James L. “Jim” Keeley, age 75, beloved husband of Karen (Boyle) Keeley of Limerick, died on Wednesday afternoon in the Pottstown Hospital.

Jim was born in Pottstown, son to the late John and Marie (McGoldrick) Keeley.

Jim was raised in East Coventry, and was a graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School. He was employed for the former Spring City Knit and was a salesman for over 30 years for the former Bachman, Valley Maid and Archway Food Companies until his retirement.

Jim enjoyed fishing, was a hunter and loved his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He was a Life member of the Liberty Fire Company, Spring City and a member of the Royersford VFW.

Jim was the loving husband to Karen for 34 years. He is also survived by his daughter, Lisa Parkyn (Bob) of FL, 3 grandchild­ren and 2 great grandchild­ren. Brother: David Keeley (Shirley).

Predecease­d by a son: James L. Keeley Jr. and brother, Jack Keeley.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral service on Monday at 11am at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Street Spring City, The Rev. Paul Townsend will officiate.

Visitation will be from 9:30-11am Monday in the funeral home, 135 Bridge St., Spring City, PA.
