I read in Tuesday’s Mercury that these 3,000 immigrants that are coming up is supposed to be because of Trump. Well that’s not what I understand. I understand that it is the Democrats. When they had the rallies against Trump they were paid for by the Democrats and George Soros. So don’t blame it on the Republicans. It’s the Democrats.
California’s constitution denies voting rights to anyone in prison or on parole but that didn’t stop Jerry Brown and his Democratic administration from altering the law permitting prisoners who serve their time in county jails to vote in the midterms. To the person who figured it out in Tuesday’s Sound Off that the Hondurans and the latest caravan coming through Mexico were used by Trump and the Republicans for political gain, I wouldn’t claim that you figured it out though when the Honduran president already confirmed it as fact. If they want to save Medicare just remove the cap when you stop paying in. If any of The Mercury readers make over $100,000 then they have stopped paying in. Yes the rich get all the breaks, that’s why the deficit is at an all-time high.
