Eileen M. Panfil

Eileen M. Panfil, 61, loving wife of Jay Panfil, died Sunday, November 4, 2018, at home.

She was born in Pottstown to the late Elmer and the late Violet (Testa) Grater.

Eileen graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School in 1975, and received an Associates Degree from Montgomery Community College. She was a resident of Spring City for the past 12 years. Eileen worked in administration at Graterford Prison and FM Global Insurance.

Eileen was a lover of the Philadelphia Eagles, Dogs and enjoyed her membership with the Walnut Street Theatre.

She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Jay Panfil, two children: J. Ryan Kane (husband of Beth) Pottstown; Sean P. Kane of Phoenix AZ and she was preceeded in death by her daughter, Stephanie M. Kane. Also survived by Stepchildren: Adam Panfil and Lia Panfil Surkis (wife of Adam) of Chicago, IL her sister, Linda J. Buzzar (wife of Thomas) and seven grandchildren: Victoria, J. Scott, Allen, Joshua, Travis, Asher and Brody.

A Memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 135 Bridge Street, Spring City with the Rev. Frank Robinson officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:00AM to 11:00AM Saturday in the funeral home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA. Burial will be Private.
