Silvia’s Gymnastics shines bright in York
Silvia’s Gymnastics Levels 5 through 8 gymnasts competed in the Tim Weaver Battlefield Invitational, hosted by Hanover Gymnastics and held at the Utz Arena at the York Expo Center in York.
AGE 10 >> Alisha Linthicum placed first on vault, second on beam and AA, and third on floor; Leah Zaengle placed fourth on bars; Grace Zajick placed second on floor, third on beam, and sixth AA. Kylie McMaster placed sixth on floor. AGE 11 CHILD >>
Elliott Harris placed third on floor, fourth on beam and AA; Ariana Deleon placed fifth on vault. AGE 11 JUNIORS >> Isabella DuCharme tied for first AA, placed first on beam, fourth on vault and bars, fifth on floor; Zoey Zimmer placed first on bars, fourth on floor and AA and sixth on vault and beam. AGE 13 >> Juliet Nelson tied for fourth AA, placed fourth on beam and sixth on bars.
AGE 10 >> Emma McCarte places second on vault. AGE 11 >> Samantha Pedrick placed sixth on vault. AGE 12 >> Angelina Sacchetti placed fifth on floor.
AGE 12 >> Adisson Ferri placed first on floor, third on vault, and fourth AA; Claire Richards placed fourth on floor. AGE 14 >> Morgan Kachmar placed third on vault and sixth on floor; Natalie Gerhart placed fourth on vault.

AGE 10-AND-UNDER >> Isabella Beach placed first on floor and beam, third AA. AGE 11 >> Shyla Bhatia placed first on beam, second on vault and AA, third on floor. AGE 12 SENIOR >> Nadia VanHorn placed first on vault, bars, beam, floor and AA; Sarah Golie placed second on vault, third on beam and AA; Ava Nagata placed second on floor, third on vault and sixth AA. Nadia VanHorn and Seiko Mallon qualified to represent Pennsylvania in the National Judge’s Cup which will be held in Kansas City in January.
