Helen Marie Kurtz of Pottstown

Helen Marie (Hartenstine) Kurtz, age 98, of Pottstown, PA, passed away on Saturday afternoon December 1, 2018 at Pottstown Hospital Tower Health; formerly PMMC. She was the wife of Maurice E. Kurtz, with whom she shared 65 years of marriage before his death in 2007.

She is survived by her son Mark Kurtz and daughter Jan Mest. Her other daughter Sandy McKnight sadly passed away earlier this year. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Matthew, Alex, Ryan, Vanessa, Harrison, Justin, and Kyle; and four great grandchildren, Goldie, Maddie, Kya, and Mylah.

Her wishes are to be cremated and her ashes to be placed beside her husband at Highland Memorial Park in a small private ceremony.

Remembrances of Helen/Nana will be shared during the next annual family reunion held at the Beach in Delaware.
