The Washington College women’s swim team has a solid onetwo punch in sophomores Alexa Luecke and Teresa Draves.

Luecke, from Pottstown and an Owen J. Roberts graduate, and Draves, from Gilbertsville and a Boyertown area graduate, showed their stuff was the Shorewomen turned back Bryn Mawr 187-70 and Albright 174-76 last Saturday in Bryn Mawr.

“Alexa has displayed a huge amount of potential from her freshman to sophomore year,” coach Mark Hill said. “She has stepped up to win many key events during the season. She is an integral part of our success in relays which comes with some pressure, but she is someone that we rely on regularly in those situations.”
