Mary Ann Trojanowski

Mary Ann (Maggie) (Rapchinski) Trojanowski, 78, passed away in Woodbridge Assisted Living in Phoenixville, Monday, December 14th, 2020. She was the loving wife of Robert J. (Bob) Trojanowski. The couple married on November 10, 1962 in the former St. Peter’s Parish, Pottstown, PA.

Born in Pottstown, PA on July 23, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Josephine (Stewartz) Rapchinski.

Mary Ann was a member of the former St. Peter’s Parish and then St. Teresa of Calcutta Church in Schwenksville.

She worked as a secretary for 20 years with Sanders and Thomas until her retirement in 2004. She enjoyed being a wife, mother, grandmother and best friend. Mary Ann was the best cook, known for her potato salad, and always telling great jokes. She enjoyed traveling with Bob, crossword puzzles, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, and keeping up with family and friends on Facebook.

In addition to Robert, Mary Ann is survived by a son, Robert Trojanowski, Jr. and his fiancé, Bonnie Hallman of Pottstown; a son, Brian Trojanowski and his wife, Amy of Kennett Square and their children, Tanner, William and Adam; a son, Jeffrey Trojanowski and his wife, Anna of Exeter Township and their children, Justin, Taylor and Devon; a daughter, Karen (Trojanowski) Owens and her husband, Dennis of Royersford and their children, Julia, Lainey and Denny; a brother, Thomas Rapchinski and his wife, Dawn of Ephrata and a sister, Patricia (Rapchinski) Moser and her husband, Dr. Richard Moser of Hummelstown, sister-in-law Barbara Rapchinski of Pottstown and many nieces and nephews.

Mary Ann is predeceased by a brother, John Rapchinski.

A Memorial Mass will be at 11am on Saturday, December 19, 2020 in St. Teresa of Calcutta Church, 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473. A gathering and greeting before mass will be in the narthex of the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Teresa of Calcutta Church.
