Margaret M. (Cassidy) Nesmith

Margaret M. (Cassidy) Nesmith, 88, of Frederick; formerly of Harleysville, widow of Russell C. Nesmith, passed on Monday at Frederick Living.

Born in Limerick, PA, she was a daughter of the late James Cassidy and the late Mary (Dwyer) Cassidy.

Margaret was a homemaker and was a school bus driver for Perkiomenville School District and Souderton School District for thirty five years. She also worked at a food bank in Florida for many years.

She loved traveling between her lake home in the Poconos where there were many family memories and her Florida home, loved baking, cooking, refinishing furniture, crocheting, and sewing.

She is survived by two sons, Russell C. Nesmith, Jr. and his wife Tina, Perkiomenville, Edward Nesmith and his wife Belinda, Weatherford, TX; three daughters, Alice wife of Richard Kemp, Telford, Terry wife of Jay Siff, Spinnerstown, Margarete wife of Thomas Ganache, Perryville, MD; two brothers, James Cassidy, Jr., Fleetwood, John Cassidy, Pottstown; five sisters, Alice Nugent, FL, Eileen Flack, Limerick, Josephine Kurtas, Limerick, Maureen Cassidy, Reading, Frances Kelly, Bally; eighteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. on Friday January 15, 2021 at Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery, Kulpsville.
