Lawrence L. Rosenberger

Lawrence L. Rosenberger (91), husband of the late Therese H. (Heemskerk) Rosenberger, of Schwenksville, PA, most recently of Providence Place Senior Living in Collegeville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. Born in East Greenville, PA, he was a son of the late Lloyd and Eva (Shupp) Rosenberger.

Mr. Rosenberger was a graduate of East Greenville High School, where he played four years of varsity football. Following graduation, he played four years of semi-professional football for the Perkiomen Indians. Mr. Rosenberger had a 30 year career at Firestone Tire, followed by 12 years at Occidental Chemical Corporation. “Rosie”, or “Horse” as he was known to friends, enjoyed hunting small game, as well as deer, and was an avid sports fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Most of all, he loved to travel with his wife, Therese.

Mr. Rosenberger is survived by six children, Stephen, husband of Lois Rosenberger, Charlene, wife of Ron Sheibley, Michele, wife of Craig Wyler, Jeannine, wife of Greg Falatek, Gregory, husband of Michele Rosenberger, and Corinne, wife of Ronnie Boyd; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-one greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by two siblings, Robert Rosenberger and Fern Schwager.
