Paul Peter Yost, 78, of Barto, died March 15, 2021 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.

He was the husband of Barbara A. (Henry) Yost, whom he married December 21, 1991.

Born in Bath, Northampto­n County on November 7, 1942, he was the son of the late Paul R., and Agnes M. (Keschl) Yost.

Paul was a 1961 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School.

He retired as a clerk, level 3 in 2000, after 28 years with PP&L.

Following retirement, he drove a school bus for Quigley Bus Company in Bally for 18 years; with the last 6 years driving for Berks Catholic High School, until 2018.

Paul was an avid Philadelph­ia Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoyed taking rides on his Harley-Davidson Softtail, gardening, and deer hunting.

He was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Bally; Lehigh Valley Hog; and Bally Lions Club for 10 years where he served as secretary since 2020.

Paul was also a coach, board member and umpire for Northeast Little League for 15 years.

He is also survived by two children: Danielle A. Yenca, wife of Charles, of Northampto­n County and Keith M. Yost, of Whitehall and a stepson, Reverend Richard C. Brensinger, of Allentown.

Other survivors include a sister, Donna M., wife of Franklin Krause of Catasauqua; three grandchild­ren: Krista Yenca, Chyna Yenca, and Chelsea Yenca; and three great-grandchild­ren.

There are also 4 nieces, 4 great-nieces and 2 greatnephe­ws; and his beloved dog, Max, surviving.

Paul was predecease­d by two siblings: Veronica M. Morgan, and Dennis G. Yost.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 20th at 11:00 am in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 610 Pine Street, Bally, PA 19503. A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:30 – 11:00 am in the Church.

Burial will be in Most Blessed Sacrament Cemetery, Bally.

In lieu of flowers, contributi­ons may be made to the Church at the above address.
