An ORIGINAL bid bond, certified check or cashier’s check drawn to the order of the Borough of Pottstown in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) DELIVERED to the Office of the Borough Manager, Borough of Pottstown, Borough Hall, 100 E. High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464 PRIOR to the bid opening as Bid Security, which will be returned after the award of the contract.

Bids may not be withdrawn within Sixty (60) days from the time fixed for the bid opening. The Borough of Pottstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, in the Borough’s best interests.

BOROUGH OF POTTSTOWN NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that only online sealed bids for the 2022 Manhole Frame and Lid Rehabilitation project will be received by the Borough Council of the Borough of Pottstown until 10:30 A.M., prevailing time, on Friday February 4, 2022 after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

MANHOLE REHAB – Approx. 62 Manhole locations - work will include excavating, removing existing MH frames and lids, and installing MH frames and lids (supplied by the Borough, complete) and street restoration via supplying & placing Super Pave 9.5 mm Wearing Course PG 64-22, .3-3 M ESALs, SRL-H at the various locations.
