Robert Blair Kershaw, Sr.

-

Robert Blair Kershaw Sr., 60, husband of Andrea Lynn (Schlegel) Kershaw, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024, in Hamilton, Ohio.

Born in Abington, he was the son of Raymond Kershaw Sr. and Joan (Blair) Kershaw.

Robert was incredibly handy with home improvement projects around the house and even built his hunting cabin. He loved deer hunting, the Philadelphia Eagles, cooking, and having great conversations. Family was always Robert’s top priority. He was known for his heavily embellished stories. Robert had a wonderful sense of humor and he enjoyed making people laugh. Bob, as he was known at work had an over 40 year career at PECO, starting as a meter reader in 1983 and moving over to be a gas mechanic and welder. He worked his way up through the ranks to foreman and then supervisor in gas and moved to emergency response in 2007 as an energy technician supervisor. He excelled at seeing the potential in everyone and loved helping them reach that potential. He was a trusted mentor, coach, and friend. He impacted the lives of so many at PECO.

Surviving along with his wife Andrea, are his children Robert Blair Kershaw Jr., husband of Kelly; Alicia Kershaw, fiancée of Richard; Brent Miller, fiancée of Christie; and Jana LePage, wife of Chris; sister Joann Brown, wife of Curtis; brother Raymond Kershaw Jr., husband of Lynn; sister Janine Hall, wife of Scott; grandchildren Jordan Kershaw, Samuel Kershaw, and Kira Kershaw; aunt Ellen Blair; uncle Blanchard Romaine; cousins Patty Sabol, wife of Jack; Lynne Blair; and many nieces and nephews he loved so much.
