Susan A. Youse
Susan A. (Bealer) Youse, 66, of Pottstown, PA, passed away on March 11, 2024, at Reading Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA, on June 20, 1957, Susan was the daughter of the late William Ellis Bealer and Mary Rita (Browne) Bealer.
Susan graduated from Boyertown Area Senior High School in 1975, and worked as a configuration management specialist for Lockheed Martin for over 40 years. After her time at Lockheed Martin, Susan found her true career passion as a med tech for Frederick Living in Zieglerville, PA. It was there that she dedicated herself to caring for the elderly, finding fulfillment in making a difference in their lives. In her spare time, Susan enjoyed working with her hands, whether it was quilting, crafting, or woodworking. With a fondness for fall, she embraced the season’s beauty, knowing it marked the beginning of another cherished pastime: cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles! She also enjoyed reading and watching TV in her favorite genres, Fantasy and Sci-fi. However, Susan’s greatest happiness stemmed from time spent with her family. She treasured her visits to Florida to see her sister and cherished every moment she shared with her three beloved grandchildren. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed.
Susan is lovingly remembered by her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Carrie Youse and Daniel and Jaclyn Youse; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Connor, and Amelia Youse; her sister and brother-inlaw, Sandra and John Sholtis; her brother and sisterin-law, Barry and Linda Bealer; her nephews, Brett and Ryan Bealer; and her niece, Alexandra Sholtis.
