Mobile mammography clinic coming June 1

EAST HAMPTON >> The East Hampton Senior Center will be visited by Hartford Hospital’s Mobile Mammography Clinic on Thursday, June 1, with appointments starting at 9 a.m.

The clinic is offered to women over 40 who have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months and one day.

Bring your insurance card and photo I.D. with you at time of the appointment.

Co-pays and deductibles are the responsibility of the patient and will be billed.

For those without insurance, Hartford Hospital has donated funds to pay for the mammogram.

After scheduling an appointment, patients must fill out an Intake Form provided at the senior center that will be faxed to Hartford Hospital.
